Accepting Manual Bank Transfers on Your VTU Platform

Manual bank transfer is the most familiar way to pay in many markets. Offering it widens your audience — and the approval flow keeps you protected.

Add your bank details

In the Payment Gateways tab, enable Manual Bank Transfer and enter your bank name, account number and account name, plus any instructions.

Customer pays and uploads proof

The customer transfers to your account and uploads a screenshot of the payment from their wallet funding screen.

Approve from Funding Requests

You will see the request with the uploaded proof. Confirm the money landed, click Approve, and their wallet is credited instantly.

Reject when needed

If a proof looks wrong or the money never arrived, reject it. Nothing is credited until you approve, so you are never out of pocket.
