What's Included

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Internal Dashboards

Give your team the exact view of the business they need.

API Development

Documented REST APIs that your team, apps or partners can build on, with keys and signed webhooks where needed.

Payment Integrations

Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe and PayPal checkout, verification, webhooks and refunds, wired in and tested.

WhatsApp & Telegram Bots

Bots that answer questions or take orders, built on the official WhatsApp Cloud API where the rules allow it.

Workflow Automation

Replace manual processes and spreadsheet hand-offs with software that does it the same way every time.

System Integrations

Connect to the tools and providers you already use instead of replacing them.

Who Is This For

Operations Teams

Work that lives in spreadsheets and chat threads and needs real software.

Companies With Unique Workflows

Off-the-shelf software does not fit how you operate, or you are paying for features you never use.

Startups Building a First Product

You need a working version quickly, built so it can be extended instead of thrown away.

Businesses That Sell Online

Payments, wallets, orders or bookings that must be reliable when real money is moving.

What we have built, and can show you

The clearest evidence of how we work is a product we build, run and support ourselves: the Xpiria Tech platform you can sign up for and inspect.

We describe how we handle security and data on our Security page, including what we have not certified. We keep client work confidential, so the platform above is what we show publicly.

  • A multi-tenant platform. Each customer project has its own settings, keys, domain and data, running on one codebase.
  • A VTU engine. Airtime, data, bills and wallet funding, with purchase records, duplicate-purchase protection and gateway webhooks.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram bots. Bots that let customers check balances and buy from chat, including the official WhatsApp Cloud API route.
  • A SIM hosting API. A REST API with signed webhooks and job polling, so other systems can trigger SMS and USSD actions.
  • Storefront, booking and verification products. Checkout with several payment gateways, hotel bookings with date-overlap availability, and identity verification flows.

How we build

  • Back end. Python with Django and Django REST Framework, on a relational database (MariaDB or similar).
  • Front end. React and Next.js with TypeScript, so pages load quickly and can be indexed by search engines.
  • Payments and messaging. Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, PayPal and Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, with webhooks verified before anything is credited.
  • Delivery. You can test working builds along the way instead of waiting for one big handover.

We choose the stack that fits the problem. If your team already works in another language or framework, tell us and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

What it costs

Custom software has no single price, and we do not quote from a brochure. After a short scoping conversation we give you a written quote for a defined first version, so you know what is in it and what is not.

For context only: published Nigerian price lists we read in October 2026 put a custom web application at roughly ₦800,000 to ₦5,000,000 and more, depending on what it must do. They are estimates from agencies, not quotes from us. Our guide shows where they come from and how they differ.

Project work is normally split, with part paid at the start and the rest on delivery. Ongoing support can be a monthly retainer.

How It Works

01

Discovery

We map your actual workflow, users and the systems it must connect to, not a generic template of one.

02

Scope and quote

A written scope for a first version, with a price and timeline, before you commit.

03

Design and build

Data model, API and screens, built in stages with builds you can test.

04

Launch and support

Go live, with optional ongoing support as your needs change.
