Branding Your VTU Site: Themes, Colors and Logo
On a site where customers put real money into a wallet, looks matter because they signal trust. A clean, consistent design with your own name and logo tells visitors this is a real business. The VTU site builder lets you change a lot without any design skills. Here is what you can control, what each theme looks like out of the box, and how to use it well.
Where to find it
In the site builder, open the Appearance step (step 2). Your business name and tagline are in Business Info (step 1), and the words on your pages are in Content (step 3). You can come back and change any of them after you publish.
The six themes
The VTU template comes in six themes. Each starts with its own colours and its own order of homepage sections, and you can change both. Here is how they differ:
- Nexus (the default): a light, modern fintech look with indigo accents, bold type and airy contrast. Its homepage opens with the hero, then stats and features.
- Aurora: a clean light theme with a gradient header and colourful cards, in green. It runs hero, how it works, features, services, pricing.
- Swift: a professional blue banking look, meant to feel clean, trustworthy and corporate. It puts your services right after the hero.
- Pulse: vibrant orange on white, bold and high-energy. It leads with features and stats.
- Slate: minimal violet on white with clean lines and subtle shadows. It is the only one that puts the About section near the top.
- Zenith: a premium theme with a sidebar-dashboard experience, in deep purple, with agent packages. It carries a one-time fee for your project, shown in the dashboard when you select it, and it has its own admin portal layout.
Try the free themes first, look at them on your phone, and choose the one that looks clearest and most trustworthy for your audience. A blue or green theme reads as calm and financial; orange reads as energetic. Neither is wrong, but match the mood to how you want customers to feel about handing you money.
What you can change
- Colours. A primary colour, an accent colour and a background colour. Choose colours with strong contrast between text and background, so everything is easy to read on a small screen.
- Font. Pick from Inter, Poppins, Roboto, Montserrat, Open Sans, Lato, Nunito, Raleway, DM Sans, Work Sans and Space Grotesk. One font is enough.
- Logo. Upload your logo. A simple, square or horizontal image with a transparent background works best.
- Banner or hero image. The large image at the top of your homepage.
- Favicon. The small icon shown in browser tabs.
- Pricing section. A toggle to show or hide it.
- Section order. Reorder the sections of your homepage and add back any you removed.
The homepage sections
Your homepage is built from up to eight sections, which you can reorder or remove: Hero Banner, How It Works, Why Choose Us, Services Grid, Data Plans / Pricing, About Section, Stats & Numbers and Call to Action. Each theme starts with only some of them, so check whether the ones you want are switched on. A good order for a new VTU business is a clear hero, then services (so people see what you sell), then pricing, then how it works, then your call to action. Put your About section where it earns trust, not where it pushes the prices out of sight. If you are new and nobody knows your name, an About section with a real name, phone number and address does more for conversion than another row of features.
The "Powered by" line
By default, the footer of your site says "Powered by Xpiria Tech." You can replace it with your own brand name, up to 60 characters, but this white-label option is available only on the Enterprise plan. On other plans, the setting shows an Enterprise badge and an upgrade message. You will find it in VTU Admin, then Engagement, then Settings, then White-label "Powered by" footer.
Branding that builds trust
- Be consistent. Use the same name, logo and colours on your site, your WhatsApp profile and your social pages.
- Show who you are. A real business name, a phone number and an About section matter more than fancy graphics.
- Keep it fast. Compress large images, because many customers are on mobile data.
- Do not copy other brands. Using another company's logo or name can get you into trouble and costs you trust.
- Check on a phone. Most of your customers will see the site there first.
- Do not change the look too often. Regular customers learn where things are. Change the colours or theme only when you have a reason.
A quick review before you publish
- Is your name spelled the same everywhere?
- Can you read every button and heading on a phone in bright light?
- Does the logo look sharp and not stretched?
- Do the colours look the same on a second phone?
- Do the sections you switched on actually have content in them?
- If you chose Zenith, have you seen the admin portal layout, since it differs from the others?
