Handling Failed Transactions and Wallet Refunds
A failed purchase does not have to mean an angry customer. With automatic refunds and a clear manual option, you can turn a hiccup into trust.
Automatic refunds
If the provider rejects a purchase, the customer’s wallet is refunded automatically and the transaction is marked failed. They never lose money to a technical glitch.
When to refund manually
Occasionally a transaction shows success but the customer reports a problem. After verifying, you can issue a manual refund to their wallet from the transaction detail.
Communicate clearly
Tell the customer their wallet has been credited and they can retry. A quick, honest message keeps them loyal.
Track patterns
If one network or provider fails often, switch its routing. The transactions log makes those patterns easy to spot.
